Method of Payment
Payment is made through PayPal, if you have a PayPal account you may pay through that or if not directly by credit card through PayPal.
Delivery
We always endeavour to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, typically the biofeedback monitor will be dispatched within 2 working days after online payment, delivery times will vary according to where the unit is being shipped to, orders from outside of the UK may be subject to import taxes / duties depending upon which country the order is shipped to, these charges remain the responsibility of the buyer.
Method of Delivery
• UK: 1st class post, recorded.
• Europe: Airmail, recorded.
• Outside of Mainland UK and Europe: Airmail, recorded.
10 Day Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your biofeedback monitor please notify us in writing within 10 days of receiving it and we will give you a full refund, in this event the monitor should be returned in a saleable condition free from damage (return of the monitor by recorded delivery paid for by customer).
Guarantee
The unit is guaranteed for 2 years against faulty parts or manufacturing faults. If in the unlikely event the unit develops a fault within this time please inform us by email for details of return.
